Medicare Supplement Broker Incentives - 2026 Q3 Update

Insurance companies that operate in the brokerage Medicare Supplement market typically offer per policy bonuses to encourage agents to sell their products.  These bonuses generally vary by underwriting type to assist in achieving an appropriate mix of business.

Below is a listing of several incentive programs that are currently being offered.  The majority of these are scheduled to be available from July 1st through September 30th.   

Notable changes for this quarter include:

• AFLAC has decreased the bonus on Underwritten applications by $50 and increased the bonus on Plan N Open Enrollment applications by $125

• Humana has increased the bonus on Underwritten applications by $50

• Lumos has released a new program that includes a $150 bonus on Underwritten applications

There are several carriers that have not released public information about their Q3 incentive programs.
