2026 Medicare Deductibles and Copays
CMS recently announced 2026 monthly premium, deductible, and co-pay amounts for Medicare Part A and Part B.
The 2026 standard Medicare Part B monthly premium will be $202.90. This is an increase of $17.90 when compared to the 2025 monthly premium of $185.00. This amounts to a 9.7% increase, after a 5.9% increase last year.
The annual Part B deductible for 2026 is $283, up from $257.
The Part A deductibles and coinsurances will increase 3.6% for 2026, after an increase of 2.7% in 2025.
