Medicare Supplement Broker Incentives - 2026 Q1 Update

Insurance companies that operate in the brokerage Medicare Supplement market typically offer per policy bonuses to encourage agents to sell their products.  These bonuses generally vary by underwriting type to assist in achieving an appropriate mix of business.

Below is a listing of several incentive programs that are currently being offered.  The majority of these are scheduled to be available from January 1st through March 31st.   

Notable changes for this quarter include:

• ACE/INA expanding their incentive programs to cover all plans while also decreasing the bonus from $250 to $175 per policy

• Humana decreased their bonus from $250 to $150

• American Benefit Life is offering a new program that includes a $100 Bonus for using their Lead Doctor program.
